1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using any service of the desk, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website and do not request a gate card. Where a signed service agreement exists between you and Anhder Electric LLC, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict, and these terms fill any gap that the agreement does not address.

These terms apply to everyone who interacts with the desk, including clients, carriers, crews, inspectors and visitors to this website. A gate card is issued subject to these terms even when the person presenting the card is not the person who requested it.

2. Scope of Services

Anhder Electric LLC provides permit routing and documentation services for computer integrated systems and related professional, scientific and technical projects. The desk issues gate cards, job tickets and inspection passes, assembles panel upgrade permits, compiles transformer set books and coordinates the storm callout rota from its truck gate in Spanish Fork.

We are a documentation and coordination desk. We are not the authority that grants a permit, we are not the inspector who certifies installed work and we are not the carrier who transports equipment. Where a service depends on a third party decision, we coordinate that decision but we do not guarantee its outcome. Any statement on this website about timing or turnaround is an estimate unless it appears in a signed agreement.

The desk is organized around six service tracks, and each track can be engaged on its own or combined with the others. Gate card runs cover the release of entry documents for named crews and carriers. Job ticket cycles govern the life of a work item once it passes the gate. Inspection pass desks staff the release of passes after each preceding stage is signed. Panel upgrade permits handle the distribution changes that integrated systems work usually triggers. Transformer set books compile the record of each transformer that crosses the gate. The storm callout rota reserves gate windows for recovery crews during severe weather. A client may begin with one track and add others as the project matures, and the desk will scope that change in writing so that nothing about the engagement is left to assumption.

Each track depends on the others more than it may appear. A card that is released without a matching permit puts the site at risk, and a pass that is issued ahead of an inspection undermines the record that the client will later need for an audit. For that reason the desk treats the six tracks as one coordinated discipline rather than six separate purchases. Where a client asks to skip a step, the desk will explain the consequence and record the instruction, so that both parties understand what has been waived.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the desk. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms. If you request a gate card for a crew, you confirm that you are authorized to name that crew and that the crew has agreed to the site rules that apply at the gate.

We may ask for evidence of authority before issuing a card, especially when a request comes from a party we have not worked with. Refusal to provide reasonable evidence may delay or prevent the issue of a document.

Authority to name a crew carries responsibility. If the crew you name causes damage, breaches a site rule or leaves equipment in an unsafe condition, the desk will record the event against the site record and notify you as the requesting party. We will not arbitrate a dispute between a client and a subcontractor, but we will supply the facts that the record contains so that the parties can resolve the matter with accurate information.

4. Site Records and Access

A site record holds every gate document for one project address. The party who opens a site record is responsible for keeping the contact details current and for telling the desk when the receiving lead changes. Access to a site record is granted to named individuals and must not be shared. If you believe that an account has been compromised, contact the desk immediately so that we can suspend access and issue new credentials.

We keep site records under the retention rules described in our privacy policy. A record that is under a legal hold cannot be deleted, even at the request of the client, until the hold is released. This protects both parties in the event of an audit or a claim.

A site record is not a shared folder that anyone with a link may open. It is an indexed set of controlled documents with a named owner at the desk and a named owner at the client. When the client owner changes, the desk requires a written handover that names the new owner and confirms that the previous owner no longer has access. That single step has prevented more confusion than any technical control we have deployed, because it forces both organizations to agree on who speaks for the project.

5. Gate Cards and Documents

A gate card authorizes a specific vehicle, crew or inspector to enter a site during a specific window for a specific scope. A card is not transferable. Presenting a card that belongs to another vehicle, or using a card outside its window, may result in refusal of entry and in suspension of the requesting party from the desk.

Job tickets must be signed at every handoff. An unsigned ticket is not a completed cycle, and the desk will not close a ticket on an assumption. Inspection passes are issued only after the preceding stage is signed. Panel upgrade permits and transformer set books are controlled documents and must be returned or accounted for at closeout. A lost or destroyed card must be reported to the desk so that it can be voided in the log.

The desk keeps a log of every document it issues. The log records the serial, the window, the scope and the name of the person who requested the card. When a card is voided, the log records the reason and the time. This log is the authoritative record if a question later arises about who was authorized to be on site. A client may request an extract of the log for its own site, and the desk will provide it in a readable format rather than a raw export that requires specialist tools to interpret.

Documents are issued for a defined window and expire at the end of it. An expired card does not become valid again because the window was extended informally in a phone call. A new card must be issued, and the desk will do so as soon as the scope and the insurance certificate are confirmed. We know this can feel slow in the middle of a busy morning, but a log that permits informal extensions is a log that no auditor can rely on.

6. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when you request a document. Inaccurate scope, an expired insurance certificate or a missing drawing revision will cause a card to be held, and repeated inaccuracies may lead us to require additional verification for future requests.

You also agree to ensure that your crews and carriers follow the site rules, present identification when asked, and leave the gate area promptly after signing. If a crew refuses a lawful direction from the gate staff, the desk may suspend that crew and notify the party that requested the card. We expect disagreements to be handled in writing after the fact rather than at the gate while other vehicles wait.

Insurance and licensing are the responsibility of the client and of each crew. The desk will confirm that a certificate is on file before a card is released, but it does not evaluate the adequacy of coverage. If a certificate lapses during a project, the desk will suspend new cards for that crew until a current certificate is supplied. We will not make an exception on an assurance that the certificate is in the mail, because a lapsed certificate exposes every party on the site.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

  • Presenting a forged, altered or expired gate card or permit.
  • Using a site record, credential or document that belongs to another party.
  • Attempting to enter restricted areas of this website or our systems without authorization.
  • Submitting false information to obtain a card or a permit.
  • Interfering with the desk staff or with other parties at the gate.
  • Copying, scraping or republishing our documents for a commercial purpose without consent.

Where prohibited conduct also breaches the law, we may report it to the relevant authority and cooperate with any investigation.

Suspension for prohibited conduct does not relieve a party of fees that have already been earned or of obligations under a signed agreement. The desk will document the conduct that prompted the suspension and will give the affected party an opportunity to respond in writing before a final decision is recorded.

8. Fees and Payment

Fees for desk services are set out in the proposal or service agreement that applies to your site. Unless the agreement says otherwise, invoices are due within thirty days of the invoice date. Fees for a completed cycle are earned when the documents are issued, even if the underlying project is later delayed for a reason outside our control.

We may suspend the issue of new cards when an invoice is seriously overdue, but we will not withhold an inspection pass or a safety related document where withholding it would create a risk at an active site. In that narrow case we will issue the document and resolve the commercial question separately.

Travel and courier costs are billed at cost when a document must be delivered outside the gate office. Any such cost is approved by the client before it is incurred, and the approval is recorded on the site record. The desk does not mark up a third party cost, and it does not bill for time spent resolving an error that the desk itself caused.

9. Scheduling and Availability

The desk is staffed Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 17:00. Requests received during those hours are answered the same day. Storm callout coverage runs outside those hours by arrangement, and the rota owner confirms each window in advance.

Availability can be affected by weather, road closures, utility outages and other events beyond our control. Where a window cannot be kept, we will contact the affected parties as early as we can and offer the next reasonable window. A missed window caused by circumstances outside our control does not entitle a party to a refund of fees already earned, though we will always try to find a fair solution.

During a storm callout, the rota takes priority over routine deliveries. A routine delivery that is displaced is not cancelled; it is moved to the next available window and its holder is notified. The desk keeps the displaced items in their original order so that no party is penalized twice for the same weather event.

10. Permits and Regulatory Review

Permit authorities set their own rules and timelines. We assemble a complete packet, track reviewer comments and hold the matching gate card until the permit is stamped, but we cannot compel an authority to act. Statements about permit timing are estimates based on experience, not promises.

Where a permit condition requires a change to the scope, the client is responsible for approving the change and for any resulting cost. The desk will document the condition and attach it to the site record so that the decision is visible to everyone involved.

Reviewer comments are tracked in a register that pairs each note with the drawing sheet it touches. The client is expected to respond to a comment through the desk rather than directly to the authority, so that the register stays complete. A response that bypasses the register is not treated as closed until it is recorded, and the matching gate card remains held until it is.

11. Intellectual Property

This website, its text, its design and the document templates used by the desk are owned by Anhder Electric LLC or licensed to it. You may view and print a page for your own use, but you may not copy our templates for commercial use, remove a copyright notice or present our materials as your own without written permission.

A client owns the content that the client supplies. We own the structure and format in which the site record is organized. At closeout, the client receives the records it is entitled to under the agreement, and we retain the format and the index for our own archival purposes.

The name Anhder Electric LLC, the developer name Anhder Electric and the presentation of this website are protected. You may refer to the company by name in a factual way, but you may not use the name in a way that suggests an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist.

12. Confidentiality

We treat site records and client information as confidential. We disclose them only to parties who need them for the desk function, as described in our privacy policy, or when the law requires it. Staff who handle records are bound by confidentiality obligations that survive the end of their employment.

The client agrees to keep confidential any non public information that we disclose about our methods, pricing or systems. This obligation does not apply to information that is already public or that the client independently develops without reference to our materials.

Confidentiality does not prevent either party from disclosing information when the law compels it, provided the party gives prompt notice where lawful so that the other party can seek a protective order. It also does not prevent the desk from sharing a gate record with another party that has a legitimate interest in the same site, as described in the privacy policy.

13. Disclaimers

The website and the desk services are provided on an as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or free of error, though we work to keep it reliable.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where a disclaimer is limited by law, it applies only to the extent the law allows.

The desk does not provide legal, engineering or safety certification advice. A gate card confirms that a party is authorized to enter, not that the work the party performs is compliant. Compliance remains the responsibility of the client and of the licensed professionals the client engages.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anhder Electric LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost schedule or loss of business opportunity, arising from the use of the desk or this website. Our total liability for a claim arising from a service agreement is limited to the fees paid for the specific cycle that gave rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. If a court finds that a limitation is unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms continue in effect.

Each party acknowledges that the fees reflect the allocation of risk in these terms and that the limitation is a material part of the bargain. A claim must be brought within the period allowed by law, and a party that delays may lose the right to pursue it.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Anhder Electric LLC harmless from claims, losses and costs that arise from your breach of these terms, from inaccurate information you supplied, or from the conduct of a crew or carrier that you named on a gate card. This includes reasonable legal fees incurred in defending a claim.

We will notify you promptly of any claim that may require indemnification and will give you a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defense. We will not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on your behalf without your consent.

The indemnity applies to claims by third parties, including carriers, inspectors and authorities, that arise from a breach described above. It does not apply to a claim caused solely by the negligence of the desk.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access to the desk or to a site record when we reasonably believe that a card has been misused, that an account has been compromised or that a party has breached these terms. We will tell the affected party what prompted the suspension and what is required to restore access.

Either party may terminate a service agreement as provided in that agreement. After termination we keep the site record for the retention period required by law and by our insurers, and we provide the closeout documents that the client is entitled to receive.

A suspension is not a termination. While a site record is suspended, the desk will still handle a safety related request for that site, because a commercial dispute should never prevent a safe response to a hazard. Routine documents resume once the cause of the suspension is resolved.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The parties agree to attempt to resolve a dispute through good faith discussion before starting formal proceedings. If discussion does not resolve the matter, the dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.

Before pursuing a claim, a party should send a written notice describing the dispute to the address at the end of these terms. We will respond within a reasonable period and will try to settle the matter without the cost of litigation.

If a provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force and the invalid provision is replaced by one that comes closest to its intent. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notify clients who have an active site record. A change applies to a new request from the date it takes effect, and does not retroactively alter a cycle that has already closed.

If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the desk and ask us to close your site records in accordance with our retention policy. Continuing to request cards or documents after a change means that you accept the updated terms.

We keep prior versions of these terms on file so that a client can see what applied at the time a cycle was opened. A client may request a copy of the version that governed a particular cycle, and the desk will provide it.

19. Contact Information

For information about how we handle personal data, please read our privacy policy, which forms part of the overall arrangement between you and the company.
